Going all out with an integrated approach. 3 in one fell swoop

Circlon I group recruits Reza Sieth as Director of Project Management for Mobile Solutions & Marketing, and Neda Larisch and Yusuf Kasapoglu join the team as new Software Developers.

Since taking on her role as Director of Project Management for Mobile Solutions & Marketing in March this year, Reza Sieth has been directly responsible for operative planning, execution, control and realisation of projects in the field of Mobile Solutions, and has been supervising the development and implementation of all aspects of the Circlon I group's marketing strategy. Her diverse CV makes a valuable contribution when it comes to the ongoing alignment and positioning of the company.

Sound sector knowledge – with a finger on the pulse and a proximity to the customer

Not least thanks to her previous posts, as Director of Channel Sales at CES Europa, at a world leading software company for Mobile Device Management, for instance, Reza Sieth has been able to build sound sector knowledge in the field of development of innovative solutions. She is perfectly well versed in the specific emerging needs and high demands of our customers. Reza Sieth's CV also reflects her comprehensive collaborations with global players like Google.

An all-rounder with a vision, including the AUTO ID sector

With Reza Sieth, we at the Circlon I group have been able to gain a new employee who, alongside her comprehensive expertise in the industry, also has essential experience in the AUTO-ID sector, and for whom even the big names in hardware are no strangers. Her wide-ranging knowledge is rounded off by her impressive organisational performance, demonstrated at large-scale and international trade fairs.

Two new additions in the department for individual projects

With Neda Larisch and Yusuf Kasapoglu as Software Developers, the Circlon I group has simultaneously recruited dual reinforcements for the field of Software Development and Technology. The Circlon I group has thus taken a further step towards being able to map out future in-house projects as efficiently as possible.

Architecture and conceptualisation. From the past to the present.

Neda Larisch makes a significant contribution when it comes to the conceptualisation and implementation of projects, and in the process, she is responsible for both what is referred to as software architecture and process optimisation. Over her career, Neda Larisch has been able to gain essential insight into the digital world: The conceptualisation and development, and also the architecture of special solutions in the web sector have played just as an important role as front end and back end development. Project-based processing of change requests is also on the agenda, such as the elimination of bugs to restore a requested or desired target status.

An eye on design at all times. An eye for colour and shape for the present and the future.

Alongside the conceptualisation, implementation and maintenance of software and applications, Neda Larisch also keeps an eye out for the "packaging" of her work at all times: In the process, user experience design functions as a primary "language", giving all programming her own personal touch. With Neda Larisch, we are ideally set up for the future in the field of software development, to be able both to react and act individually, making a considerable contribution to the ongoing alignment of the company.

A breath of fresh air and refreshing ideas with Yusuf Kasapoglu.

Yusuf Kasapoglu successfully completed his studies in Technical Information Technology with a focus on software systems in Cologne just this year. He is a breath of fresh air, bringing refreshing ideas to the Circlon I group, where his focus will be on software development for Android and iOS. In the process, both conceptualisation work and a structured and detailed feel for programming in Java and Kotlin are what's required.

App development as a future vision. Progress through technology.

Yusuf Kasapoglu's goal is to develop together with the Circlon I group in the big wide world of apps. The opportunities are diverse, particularly in this field; no two apps are the same. The development and expansion of these digitally native software development projects will be a standalone construct, requiring very good structure, close coordination, strict timing and constant assurance that the back end and front end are correctly linked.

The Circlon I group is really excited about this new recruitment, one which was made with a view to being able to call upon fresh new knowledge and technological subtlety in the future, not least thanks to the master studies in the field of distributed mobile applications which Yusuf Kasapoglu has decided to pursue parallel to his job commitments..
