Circlon Becomes Part of the Lexit Group

Circlon, one of Germany’s leading providers of mobile data capture, process digitalization, and the development of digital mobile IT solutions, is becoming part of the Scandinavian Lexit Group. The Norwegian digitalization specialist announced this today.

The Lexit Group is acquiring the Hamburg-based company to expand its European market presence in the long term and to jointly develop process-automation solutions for production, warehousing, logistics, and retail.

Taner Taneri, CEO of the Circlon Group, says:

“We are pleased to become part of the Lexit Group and to jointly create new opportunities for our customers and employees. As part of a larger organization, we can sustainably drive our business forward and increase our corporate value.”

Long-Term Growth Strategy in Europe

The transaction underscores the Lexit Group’s long-term growth strategy, which aims to sustainably strengthen and further expand its position as a leading player in the European market. Until now, the company has mainly been active in Scandinavia. Through its subsidiaries — Lexit Norway, Lexit Denmark, Lexit Sweden, Idnet, and Informa — the group serves leading companies in manufacturing, trade, and logistics. Many of these companies also use Lexit solutions on a global scale.

By acquiring Circlon — one of Germany’s most significant providers in the same segment as Lexit — the Lexit Group not only broadens its portfolio but also gains access to a diverse customer base, including well-known companies such as Kühne + Nagel, Edeka, Rewe, and Hermes. The acquisition thus opens up new opportunities for an expanded range of services and even closer, more locally focused support.

Developing New Technologies

Sjur Skjæveland, CEO of the Lexit Group, says:

“Innovation is a core value of both companies. We continuously develop new technologies and refine our solutions to support customers in the best possible way.”

He describes the acquisition as an important milestone in the growth strategy and the start of a joint chapter.

“Our partnership gives us the opportunity to create even greater value. By combining our experience and expertise with Circlon’s local know-how and strong market position, we have a unique opportunity to grow together,” Skjæveland continues.

The integration of Circlon into the Lexit Group’s business activities will take place gradually in autumn 2025.
